Seeking Help Channel Number to Check Real Signal Status?

I want to know if I need to manually align Tata Sky dish antenna for maximum signals, which channel number should I set on TV to check the signal status?

Actually all channels show different signal strength and quality, so which channel should be checked while aligning the antenna?

Test INSAT - 2031
Test GSAT - 2032
