My airtel dish tv RTN is Jio. I can not send sms to 54325. What can i do?

There was an alternate number 8800054325 for bsnl n other operators however is not working. Even i am using Jio.

Same here bro. Sadly there is nothing you can do apart from adding a new number to your account. You can't remove Jio number

Bro please recharge your jio number with regular talktime topup. Then you can send sms to 54325. Charges 3/- per sms.

Doesn't work on Jio that way. Jio has some problem sending to 54325. I have tested on both volte and non volte devices

I have 200+ rs talktime in jio still not working. Bad advice as other person would waste money.

Sending sms to 5 digit numbers was not possible in Jio. They were working on it. I don't think it's fixed yet.
