Many packs are available in d2h . I have made my pack using 6 hd bouquet and 1 sd for north.

Yes. Under the pretext of "saving customers from high costs of DTH Operators", now in fact every person is paying more. The only people who will effectively pay lesser are the ones who "dont watch any TV" at all.
Also it won't be just about the money customers have to pay, even the quality will suffer eventually. By taking out pricing from operator(DTH/MSO/LCO) control, pricing will be more or less same across them, leaving no incentive for them to maintain quality and good service.

This is quite clear, TRAI is killing all competition. How doesn't this violate the Competition Commission of India's basic policy to maintain healthy competition among players in a level-playing field?

All things point to only one thing - paving the way for Jio'e entry in an already saturated market. If all this was not done, no one would move out of their existing DTH to new Jio.

It is been told that within the ₹153 we can choose pay channels and their can be included in that amount unless its sum exceeds ₹153. Is it true?

This is what media outlets are reporting and it's very misleading. The 153 that you pay is a fee that everyone has to pay mandatory. You can include pay channels too but let me remind you that one has to also pay the Mrp of the channels/bouquet too on top.

So let's say if you choose Star Plus and Sony. You'll pay 153+19+19. Network capacity fee of 153 is like a minimum telephone bill and it let's you choose 100 channels of your own(25 DD mandatory). But if you choose pay channels you also include the Mrp of it.

Some people r unnecessarily afraid or spreading falsehood that TRAI Tariff Order will make TV viewing costlier. Infact when subscriber will have power to chose in true sense then broadcasters will have to rationalise pricing & focus on improving their content library in order to get more people hooked to them.

Up until now broadcasters used to get thousands of crores in advance payment from operators for long term deals, they had a bit laid back approach towards caring about getting wider reach. Broadcasters used to launch unnecessary channels, insert them in popular bouquet and make operators pay for it or face blackout. In return operators were a step ahead, they showed power of its subscribe base, get massive discounts and finally we were made to pay more thru inflated packages.

Handing over this option directly to us rules out all foul play, in each genre/ for every single day/ for each subscriber broadcasters will face stiff competition and ultimately malpractices will fade away
