ITV meeting update

On Sunday 18th June 2019, Suraj ji and I stayed at ITV from 11:30 am to 8:30 pm. There were also 19 other ZDs. There were points on these points: -

1. What is the matter with Mr. Vijender Singh that he is going back to the company, he is baseless and many investigators from India are looking for them.
2. Mr. B N TIWARI has arranged a bank guarantee for ANTRIX but it is absolutely useless if OVT does not stop freezing the channel.
3. 9 ZD, who have an agreement with OVT, have been engaged in trying to convince the OVT owner from China for 3 days, and their efforts seem to be successful. To avoid freezing with OVT, a written agreement has also been made, which will be taken by OVT Office 5 ZD today. The complete layout will be revealed by 20th June whether the OVT has accepted or not.
4. The company has fixed assets of 204 crore, out of which the property of Pantel is 60 crores, there is no case of any kind or government bottleneck.
5. The company has invited all those who want to take their property on written mortgage or by contract with Pantel, they can take CC Limit by keeping the property of collateral security. Because Pantel is not showing any earnings for 5 months, hence the bank is not ready to give Pantel a CC limit on the property.
6. If OVT is considered in today and tomorrow, and signed the agreement, then by submitting the bank guarantee to 22nd, ITV will start the channel from ANTRIX.
7. Because the business of the company is closed for 5 months and no SSD is earning money, the invoice from Oct'18 to Feb '19 will be removed from Ledger so that no burden of depositing any GST.

कल यानी 18th जून 2019 को सूरज जी और मै ITV में सुबह 11:30 से रात 8:30 बजे तक रहे | वहाँ 19 अन्य ZD भी आए हुए थे | वहाँ इन पॉइंट्स पर बाते बताई गई :-

1. श्री विजेंद्र सिंह के बारे में जो बाते चल रही है की वो वापस कंपनी में आना चाहा रहे हैं, वो निराधार हैं और भारत की कई जाँच अजेन्सियां उनको ढूंढ रही हैं
2. श्री B N TIWARI ने ANTRIX के लिए बैंक गारंटी का इंतज़ाम कर लिया है लेकिन वो देना बिलकुल बेकार है अगर OVT चैनल को फ्रीज़ करना बंद नहीं करता है
3. 9 ZD, जिनका OVT के साथ एग्रीमेंट है, वो 3 दिनों से, चीन से आये OVT के मालिक को समझाने की कोशिश में लगे रहे है और उनका प्रयास सफल होता दिख रहा है | OVT के साथ फ्रीज़ ना करने का, कल 1 लिखित एग्रीमेंट भी बनाया गया है जो कि 5 ZD आज OVT के ऑफिस लेकर जाएंगे | ये पूर्ण तह 20th जून तक पता चलेगा की OVT ने इनकी बात मान ली है या नहीं |
4. कंपनी के पास 204 करोड़ की अचल संपत्ति है, जिसमे से 60 करोड़ की संपत्ति Pantel की है, जिसपे किसी प्रकार का कोई केस या सरकारी अड़चन नहीं है
5. कंपनी ने उन सभी को निमंत्रण दिया है जो उनकी प्रॉपर्टी को लिखित मोर्टगेज पर लेना चाहता हो या Pantel के साथ पार्टनरशिप में एग्रीमेंट करके, उनकी प्रॉपर्टी को कोलैटेरल सिक्योरिटी रखवा कर CC लिमिट ले सकता हो | क्योकि Pantel 5 महीने से कोई आमदनी नहीं दिखा रही है, इसलिए बैंक Pantel को प्रॉपर्टी पर CC लिमिट देने को तैयार नहीं है
6. यदि OVT आज और कल में मान जाता है, और एग्रीमेंट sign कर देते हैं, तो 22nd को बैंक गारंटी जमा कराकर ITV, ANTRIX से चैनल शुरू करवा लेगी |
7. क्योकि कंपनी का बिज़नेस 5 महीने से बंद है और कोई भी SSD पैसा नहीं कमा रहा है, इसलिए Oct'18 से लेकर फरवरी'19 तक की इनवॉइस लेड़गेर से हटा दी जाएगी, ताकि अभी किसी पे GST जमा करने का भार ना आए |

Well, this was outright evident when they took over RDTV and the kind of Ads they gave. What I feel bad about is, they managed to trick and fool a sizeable portion of rural consumers. Is that so?
