Seeking Help D2H activated incorrect Channels & charged more. What should I do?

D2h charged me ₹130 just for migrating to new tariff.4th feb morning i had ₹135 as my balance and after moving to new tariff it just ₹7. And on 5th feb my balance got zero and account disconnected. I cant reach customercare. Tweeted severel times and message d2h on twitter too.n o reply at all. What should i do ?
 
i had selected 100 channels and 160 RS as channel charge but D2H activated different pack for me and charging 198 :-(
