Not yet, currently HD has Hindi, English, Tamil, Telgu feed while SD has Bengali feed too.

@Abhinav842 bro TS removed or even not added word "World" on HD feed of both Discovery & Animal Planet. Only on TLC HD they added world.
Quoting the very 1st post from scanning thread

As you can see "world" is not there discovery HD. Since it is not an update, closing the thread. Surprisingly no TS user noted it
