Dish TV NSS 6 Software upgrade in Jeddah

I have newly brought Dish Tv receiver from India & fitted in Yanbu, after viewing HD channel 6 days's then 301 error come. I have given in shop & he told me that need to send jeddha because NSS signals are there. Next day he told me he repaired here & now ok. I am scared that again the same error will occur, if yes then how to solve. Is there any possibility that I can solve by my self. Also which r the possibilities of such error. Pl anybody can guide. Already lost too much money in repairing/fitting etc.

Bro,,,,,,,,i am using hd since last 3 months . but for 2 days, 301 error comes on channels for 10 sec. and then channel working fine. techncician came and he said that it is the problem form dish tv end. and cc says , it is not from the dish tv end. what to do?

First of all check connection wire between STB & dish is not loose.. problem should be solved,if still problem remains same.. press menu button on remote for 6-7 seconds.. installation menu will appear ,select TV setup.. select erase flash fs.. STB will reboot..
