Just go to interactive apps section and create your own pack. This feature is supported only in d40051, d6012, af6012 and d6000 hd boxes only. This feature is in testing mode.

Let me shed some light on this.
Using the above mentioned method, when you finish the cumbersome procedure of selecting all your channels(pack), it will show you a code which you will need to SMS to DishTV.
Try this method only if you have no other way left to choose a pack and your SMS are free.
I tried this method and it did not work saying "wrong code or invalid code" and I was charged for the SMS.
