They are right. You have to replace your old MPEG-2 box with the new MPEG-4 box

You are absolutely correct why should i exchange my box for 800rs which is perfectly working and is not that old bought in jan 2014

I personally know 3-4 people who use old dish TV box and not in need of HD channels, they will go for different operator new connection if Dish TV does not replace their boxes at minimum cost which is correct as per me.
