When will we use 0 then ?

0 should be use before 3 digit lcn. For eg. you want to subscribe lcn 596 then the missed call number will be 1800 568 0596. But if you want to subscribe lcn 1251 then no need to add 0 and no. will be 1800 568 1251.

Very good initiative by DishTv. Will the same work for channel deactivation?

I hope other service providers will do the same. Not everyone will have access to mobile app/website to do this on a daily basis.
