In general, the provider name of Dish India channels will be "Dish TV" and provider name of Dish Lanka channels will be "DISH". For this channel, the provider name is "Dish TV". Based on this logic, it should be from Dish India. The TP may be from SES 8 which is primarily for Dish Lanka. But there are many Dish India channels available in SES 8 TPs too.
