Siti Cable's users can't pay online as their site in down for shady maintenance work since last 10 days. Meanwhile portal works if you are opting for a new connection. At LCO's portal there is no option to buy FTA channels as Ala Carte. You will be forced to buy one of DPO's suggestive pack for FTA channels. They don't offer most bouquet despite having all the channels. They also removed most affordable bouquets with less channels. For example India Cast's North East Budget HD is no longer available. But North East Value HD pack is made available. Disney's HD bouquet is gone. Times Networks HD bouquet never even got added. I was also never compensated for the channel I got 10 days late. Despite notifying nodal officer.

bro many of their bouquets are incomplete but still charging full bouquets price eg:Zee prime telugu hd has no zee telugu hd and zee cinemalu hd but no correction done till even after report this issue multiple times.

In D2h still there is no lock in period shows but they will apply same policy in 1 or 2 days. Also they (d2h) disabled the feature of select card for multi tv customers for selecting channels in maptool.

If Monthly Amount is deducted in DBR then you can remove paid channels anytime.

If upfront amount is paid then argue with CC unused days money will be credited to your account

Amount deducts dbr basis. But you can't deactivate any channel before lock in period ends.
If you choose new pack again the opted channels will be auto added in your newest pack.
