Many of the d2h customers are facing serious blackout issues. It is better to open all the channels for free viewing like during olden days when we buy new DTH we will get all channels for one month. After all technical issue is solved it is better to give channels according to their packs

After 14 days of activation of new pack still no Sony Ten 3 HD & Star Gold Select HD.

same thing happened with me , i activated on 1/02/2019 still cant watch these channels , i always calling to them , they are saying that they have activated it, there is no problem from their side , we are registering complaint engineer will visits at your place within 24hrs .
i told them all customers are not getting these channels they are ignoring it they always says no problem from their side .

They are adding it in addon option it seems

This is the message I have been getting when trying to opt for d2h combo or while adding bouquet. Beyond frustrating now.

I am activated on Diamond Sports Combo pack 374 + Taxes.. but as per my daily calculation Rs 27 is deducting which is 810 PM. Please justify.... This is not acceptable at any cost.

I had same problem... wrote before...
"Today my due date reduced by 2 days, I have checked with cc they said my total monthly recharge is 886 rs. Surprised and check asked him to give break up amount. He said main stb 274 rs and two additional stb's 153 each. I asked him to total that, he said 580rs and he raise a complaint and he said it will get resolved in 24 hrs due to system problem."
Please guys check your account regularly and don't rely on d2h
