why this channels are not in dishtv?

dishtv and dishonline are same concern's product.
but they showing difference in adding channels in their products.

why this variations?

I think dishtv soon add these channels on there platform but dont know why they r not adding it, or may be they r contracting channels individually for dishtv and dishonline.
For example Ngc music available on tata sky everywhere tv but not available on tata sky.
