they got the pan india license for upto 30years (included renewal also).
also when portability is not there how it cud b possible to divide?

i agree with prateek because ager price main kisi ko kam karna hai to woh tyre 3 se box activate karwayega aur metro city main box laga dega. example :- india main dish tv ka box activate hoke jaise dubai ya fir kahin aur chalta hai waise

Well possible but for 20-25 rupees most people wont take that much hassle.

no bro. agar aap metro mein rehte ho to aapko baaki faayde bhi hote h.
other amenities r there like good hospitals, good schools, good transport system, good electricity n water facilities.

In a way you are right. In telecom they charge extra in metros to avoid network congestion. Here there is no such issue. Metros also have poor people. Its a tricky one though.
