Also I doubt the source mentioned for colors malayam. But we can ask @Vadirocks bro if anything is being planned.

Aside than that what is the source behind probable launch dates, is there some concrete source or those are specified by you.

All these channels(or launching dates) are either speculations or imaginations by you. May be some channels will happen in future but the links provided by you are not sufficient to prove it confirmed ones.
Especially there is no chance for 'Colors chutti' and probably the kids channel from Viacom will be 'Nick Tamil'.The link you provided about Colors Malayalam also a speculation by that website after the launch of Zee Keralam. There is no proof for launching dates of these all channels.
