Seeking Help Fed up due to Airtel bug in my account

Guys am very much fed with a bug in airtel in my accouny, where i was charged more even if i take lesser channels & lesser value packs. Like i ve been charging daily Rs 32, 36,44, 46,25,28 its not regular even if i take only DD channels alone also. Having this problem for last 15 days.

Have made complaint through cc, nodal, through twitter. None of it worked. Nodal officer spoke with me after my complaint 2 weeks back said will get back to me in 10 mins, never called back yet.

Their twitter people just responding with a template reply like, this seems to be taking a little longer, we ll dm the progress, blah blah blah. My account was due to suspend on 30th but after repeat argument with social media people they ve given Rs 128 cash back. Today my account got suspended & requested for another Cash back but they said its not possible. So watching Ipl on hotstar & unable to watch tv.

So, what are the probability that this problem will be solved & what are all the other options. Am mainly missing live sports due to this issue, although i watch English Movies channels(can be manageable by downloading frm online) & Tamil channels but very little. Even though am very much angry without airtel, don't want to take any decision in a hurry, now hoping this problem ll solve soon. Other than this issue very much satisfied with airtel for the past 3.5 years.

So guys give your thoughts on this and other options. I want to spend only arnd Rs 250- 300/Month. Any possibility to watch through jiophone to led tv or Amazon fire stick/Chromecast? Thanks in advance.

Bro I have same problem it's a bug mainly due to frequent changes made in packages, solution is complain CC , Select only channels you watch , within 24 hours you get validity according to your balance and don't change your package until this bug fixed .
 
Remove Airtel Free Bundles. Its the reason why you're been overcharged

Change package bro,but no signs of problem solved. When will it be solved, i already complained to cc, nodal, twitter. Your bug fixed now & how it's fixed bro?

Will it be solved automatically & charge normally if i dont change the plan for some time?

First remove this topups :
Airtel Bundle_ROI : VAS00002
Airtel Bundle_South : VAS00003


SMS: REM VAS00002 to 54325

After, successfully removing them select your plan once again problem will be solved instantly

Any sms codes for removing bro, i tried to remove vas0002 some code, after that some channels dropped. But the issue is after selecting Broadcaster bouquet & trying to drop its not removing that easily, have to remove several times.

I already sent sms bro like REM VAS00003 2 Weeks back, but problem not solved, do i try 1st code also REM VAS00002, Moreover my connection is in suspended now.
