respected nagpalji i earnestly request you to do following things for betterment of tatasky . i have installed more than 500 tatasky dth connections in mumbai . following things need to be done .as per customers feedback recieved by me while booking tatasky connections
1. why you not provide super lnb compulsory to all customers having 3/4 hd connections..by doing this yours customer having 3/4 hd connections not face any signal related problem and all customers opt for platinum hd packages after one year.. so better to give them super lnb at start only.
2. old mdu package rs 550 which has now changed to grandsports group package of rs 800 . in this package all channels are coming except all ten sports channels so i kindly suggest you to add all ten sports channels in this old mdu package and rename this mdu package as ultra group package .
3. you have stopped giving mdu packages from now on better start giving again for socities start giving mdu packages again.
4. regarding packages are very costly i suggest only 2 changes . ultra packages reduce to rs 500.also remove dhammal kids package and include kids channels in dhammal mix packages of rs 285 just as airtel have done it in 285 package all kids channels.
5. i saw that tatasky is going to increase prices of certain packages which will be not good fopr company like tatasky if it happens .dhammal mix package from rs 285 to rs 299 and sports dhamaka from rs 380 to 399. also multi tv rates from 240 to 250. which would be not good for tatasky loyal customers of yours if done so by you from june 21 .
check how your competitors are giving customers benefits
airtel : 1] in rs 285 package all kids channels.
2] multi tv rent only rs 150 for sd for packages rs 285 and below and rs 200 for hd.
3] annual multi tv packages with box of sd and hd between rs 2000/3000.
4] annual recharge of rs 5500 only for all sd and hd channels infinity hd package where as platinum hd in tatasky 8500 just to retain old customers they are giving lots of benefits to customers old and new .
dish tv : 1. annual recharge offers 3months/1 month free,6months /2 months free,9 months/3 monmths free and 12 months recharge/4 months free.
2. there south all sports package of rs 275 contains all sports channels,english news ,main cartoon channels plus three english movies romedy now,movies now and colors infinity channels . they give south packages to all customers in mumbai also.
so please not increase rates again it be difficult for us to get new tatasky connections instead go for innovative ways to match airtel and dish tv packages
yours action highly appreciated first three suggestion can be implemented immediately without any delay.
