Satellite updates FTA 10850 TP of Laosat@128e is no longer active

Fta on new tp is 30 and total 190 channels coming fta on all tps.

Good News.

Don't know if the new TP 10910 is as strong as 10850 or not.

Because if 10910 is as strong as 10730 then we might not be able to get the New TP properly here in Punjab.

Is the signal strength of 10910 TP same as 10850 or 10730 ?

I am getting just 74 FTA channels as I am getting only 2 TPs: 10910 H and 10850 V.
Now they have added Vietnamese ,Thai,Korean channels on these 2 TPs besides many Chinese.
Other channels are DW,TV5 Monde,Song,Reuters,Warner,Star Movies,KBS etc.

Looks like Telstar18 are also moving to Last at Telstar18 is a very old satellite and it's in its last stages.

I have adjusted the dish a bit more and now am getting 135 total channels.So the total number of FTA channels are 135 and not 190 .
10850 and 10910 are the stronger TPs in my area which appear late at night/very early in the morning and last till early evening next day.
10790 and 10730 are the weaker TPs which appear around day break period ie early morning and last till afternoon.
None of the TPs is 24/7 here with a 65 cm dish.Perhaps a bigger dish required for whole day 24/7 reception of Laosat.

I also feel these 135 FTA channels are not going to remain FTA for long.
But since they are FTA at the moment enjoy them for now as many are not available on Indian DTH like Thrill,Kix,Fox Thai,KBS,i24 news,TV5 Monde,NHK,China movie,Star China,DW,CGTN Documentary,etc

Signal and tps beam varies from location to location. Try to scan with all tps with horizontal and vertical posted in this discussion above.

I always do a blind scan to get all the available TPs.
Are you still getting 190 channels ?
Remove all TPs and do a blind scan and show some ss of channels you are getting.
