With a 14 Megapixel resolution image CCD sensor, sporting classy black looks, the FinePix S3300 appears to be a serious new entrant into the already crowded digital cameras market. The 24 mm wide angle Fujinon lens is capable of not just the super zoom, but also of shooting extreme close-ups of subjects placed as close as 2 cm from the lens. It supports high sensitivity at up to ISO6400, allowing you to get better photos even in insufficient lighting. HD movie shooting at 720p (1280x720 pixels) is yet another attractive feature and you can even play back these movies right through the camera, by hooking it up to your HDTV using a HDMI cable.
Along with a 3.0-inch display, the camera also has an Electronic ViewFinder (EVF), which is more useful while shooting outdoors under direct sunlight. Smile&Shoot, Face Detection and Blink Detection are also some of the other useful features.
Speaking on the occasion, Fujifilm MD, Mr. K. Tanaka said, "Fujifilm's effort is to always bring the best product and technology for our consumers & launch of S3300 is part of the same effort. This new Camera with its 26X super zoom and several other strong features has a unique proposition and it is very suitable for those who want superior picture quality but not complicated functioning. It fills the wide gap between slim/compact cameras and high end DSLR .We are sure that consumers will have a delightful experience with this camera and it will further strengthen Fujifilm s positioning as a Digital Camera brand with strong technology background."
Fujifilm FinePix S3300 is available at an attractive M.R.P. of Rs.15,999 and comes with a 2 years warranty.
