I am sensing that some technical work is going on at airtel headend to introduce new HD channels on their network post TRAI Tariff Order rollout. Groundwork changes r happening which is causing minor interruptions or hiccups in regular transmission. May be they r adding more dishes or making arrangements on present infrastructure to induct new things.

Airtel needs to pull up its socks, not only on HD front but improving overall user experience. I would clearly state that present service standard does not meet expectations. Customer Care, App Functionality, Website Information + Layout+ Features, overall system management needs immediate upgrade. Airtel is not even telecasting service channels like Comedy Galli in proper quality as frame movement is not smooth
