Today when I scan TP then press a channel number then showing 641 is not available but on that LCN NEWS Live is available.

Hi Friends, do we have any Airtel website to see all available base packages without customer I'd login.

Currently self care portal and mobile app are showing base packages details only if we have balance more than 160 rupees.

Any other option available without self care portal ?

Yes, Go to this #Link select your state and STB you will get packs according to it. But remember that prices doesn't include NCF

To do this you need to use Selfcare no other option
