Are you having the latest version my airtel app?
If yes, then open it & go to add topups section, there broadcaster bouquets are available select from them & if you want HD Ala-Carte then select high definition.

If this doesn't work then go to connections tab under my account. Click on change plan & select your desired HD bouquets/Ala-Carte.
