I tried pre booking via reliance Digi tv website.. They have no option for Telangana state in their form. Any inputs ??

I hardly think they can help. To be Frank, they've lost all credibility. Even his current marketing is in bad light. I was a RDTV user for 9 years and always wish good for them, but sadly can't see it happening.

Yes you can if RDTV provides multiple audio feeds in those channels.

Jio is not launching DTH, its a cable tv service / IPTV.
R Big TV is a DTH service, and a DTH and Cable service cannot merge.
