Facing a weird issue, Upper half of screen is blocked by Ten2 subscribe menu though I am watching different ch, ch shows only on lower half of screen, pressing guide button temporarily hide that ten 2 subscribe bar and give us full view of ch but it comes back within seconds

Restart is fixing that issue but it comes back within minutes if we try to change ch

I'm not facing this issue. Try reset stb. If it doesn't help then force download software.
