I am unable to edit or drop add on pack using mytatasky.com, it is not allowing to do any changes with base pack as well. Tried same from mobile app and it is also not working.

Anyone else facing same issue?

Yes I could get it done via chat but normally mytatasky used to work fine for me previously.

Master reset your STB by going into the organizer. It might due to the change in home tp of Tata Sky. I faced same 2 days back.

Not got licence from mib so launch delayed to next year.

It's Technicolour STB. Day before yesterday since morning I was not getting signal on my Tata Sky STB then contacted tata sky CC they suggested me to do a master reset and after that I got the signal.
