Seeking Help Getting error code 14 in my new airtel digital tv hd box

Its around 3 hours the engineer have changed my sd box to hd box , and services to hd or sd channels are not working on my box , the tv shows the view card is not proper for the box with code 14 , what should i do ,cc says it will take around 24 hours time, any suggestions here

Call nodal cc, they will resolve the issue with in minutes.
