Breaking GTPL KCBPL HD channels have ERROR :51

It is so sad to upgrade to GTPL KCBPl...no jhd channels from 1st feb till now..It is not error.they are not applying trai rules and options for customer to filup till now

My LCO says he is processing forms "phase by phase".
I have no idea what that means.
This is the height of harassment.
As soon as I move to a new house I will take dth.
