the channel ATE was started by the owners of Air Travel Enterprises, a leading travel agency in kerala. but later heard that, they dropped their plan to launch the channel. that license is now taken by Harvest group, it seems

We the Harvest tv is a Christian tv which is been telecasted through Is-17 and through all DTH platforms .we were in Air since 2011
Now we came to know that congress Is starting a news channel named Harvest tv with the same logo .
We have contacted the company several times and requested not to misuse our name and logo and defame the Christian community.we also have served legal notices to them and also informed the Mib .
But everything is in vain and request you to help us to stop airing Congress news channel in our name and and protect the community.Attached the notice with the details
