Remove M Tunes HD & News X HD, they are shutdowned. Also, remove Zee Classic HD from upcoming list as channel is getting shutdowned & broadcaster is not having any plans to launch HD version as of now.

NewsX HD is shutdown so add it to shutdown list as its replaced by NewsX Kannada.
