Sure Gowrishankar Bro ,Please Check 1 Tb Hdd Working in ur Stb, If 1tb hdd is Working Means Ur Old 500Gb hdd is Problem,If Not Working Means Problem in Ur Stb & Manualy open The Stb Not Covered Warranty For Stb & Harddisk & Please Check With Serial No in Ur Old 500Gb Hdd & Then Go To Check Online Warranty Period is End OR Not

Same problem here. Eroor code HDD001. Booked complaint but asking Rs.150 for engineer visit.
Anybody knows about this issue to correct our self .

Pls confirm guys.
