Seeking Help Help me! From airtel hd dth!

So i found this forum and really loved it. But now i need your help.
So i got my adtv hd installed. Technician said it will take 10 mins to load. It did bit only SD channels loaded and Hd channels are not activated.
I didn't get any msg of max hd pack activation.
Also there is 225rs balance in my dth account which suggests that max hd pack is yet to be activated.
So here's what i tried:-
1. Called technician, he said talk to cc.
2. CC senior desk said it will get activated in two hrs bcoz the activation is pending( but it didn't)
3. Called senior desk again now they are saying they lodged a complaint and it will be resolved in two days.
What the hell!! Is airtel the worst when it comes to service?

I ordered multi connection in online 2 day's back, they said installing today afternoon but till now they're not contact to me.

We can't help in that unfortunately bro customer id activation purely on technician side only

Even I bought Airtel hd nearly 10 days back. HD channels loaded only after 1-2 hrs. Did you pay cash on delivery?

Same here man!
They are working after making 5-6 calls.
But they are working now and thats what matters.
