Help Need Changing Package

need to change my package.
at the moment I'm having a South Economy Sports pack
I want to change to Rest Of India Ultra Pack.

The main issue i'm having is I got this from a friend and now he is no longer in the country.

I have all the details with me like Customer ID, RMN all
is there any one here who can help me?

Are you able to call the customer care?
