The Highlights of BARC Ratings of week 22 consists of the performance of various regional channels and other channels falling under the niche category as following :
*.Among Telugu GECs Maa TV emerged as the market topper with 108 TVTs closely followed by Zee Telugu at no. 2 with 102 TVTs and Gemini TV at no.3 delivered 100 TVTs
*.In Kannada Market Colors Kannada (formerly ETV Kannada) retained its top spot with 68073 (000s) followed by Udaya TV with 43607 (000s) and Udaya Movies delivered 41341 (000s)
*.Among Tamil GECs Sun TV stood on top with 268 TVTs against 71 TVTs delivered by Vijay TV, Sun Group’s Movie channel KTV delivered 93 TVTs
*.In Malayalam GEC space Asainet retained its top spot with 168 TVTs and Mazhavil Manorama stood at no.2 position with 56 TVTs.
*.In Marathi Market Zee Marathi stood at no. 1 with 88 TVTs, while Zee Talkies scored 27 TVTs and Colors Marathi scored 19 TVTs.
*.In Hindi Business News CNBC Awaaz delivered 498 (000s) while Zee Business scored 243 (000s)
*.Among Kids channels NICK emerged as the topper with 58 TVTs while POGO delivered 48 TVTs and Disney Channel scored 40 TVTs.
*.In Sports Channels Ten Sports scored 61 TVTs, while Ten Cricket delivered 11 TVTs and Sony SIX scored 10 TVTs.
