Seeking Help How to add full on hd to existing all sports pack??

Hi Guys,
Can you please help me out here.Need to add Full on hd pack to my base pack..but cant figure it out.. i am logged in the dish tv website with my credentials.when ever i select full on hd it directs me towards modify pack and does not allow me to continue unless I select add ons and active services.....Can you let me know anything about how to add the full on hd?

*Log in to your account, scroll down on Dashboard, you will see modify pack, click on it,
*Skip SD pack section on modifyin pack page as you are already on all sport SD pack (highlighted)
Scroll down,
*You will see Get HD option..

click on it..
*Select HD ADD on & once HD Add on of your choice gets highlighted click next..

I am not getting the GET HD option.......Note :- I had recently exchanged my old stb the for the new hd stb

You can also activate Full On HD through App..
Log in to app..
Tap on modify pack..

Tap on next button.. (All sports pack will be your base pack)..

On Next, you will see HD ADD ons, select Full on HD or Full on HD Regional as per your requirement then Tap Next.

Have you retained your existin VC durin exchange..?

Checked the app as welll doesnt show HD add ons.what could be the problem?

At that time technician informed dealer through call after installin Set top box & Monoblock LNB to activate your VC as a HD service.?
