How to change from existing service provider to another

I'm currently using tccl. Since I'm facing frequent signal issues and pixelation problem (inspite of keeping separate amplifier to increase the gain). The signal strength cannot be achieved not more than 45 to 50 percent. My lco says that this is the optimal level but I'm not satisfied with the picture quality. Recently saw my neighbor using vk digital with more than 90 percent signal and excellent picture quality. How can we change from one service provider to another? Should we have to pay separately for stb as like getting a new connection? Should we have to surrender the existing stb?

You can surrender existing STB and refund will be given and take new STB of your choice.

No, one will give complete refund. LCO resale the old STB to other customer.

So, you may get Rs.500 to Rs.600
