How to downgrade my pack again?

I accidentally upgraded my package to "World pack" , in 1st may 2018, now I dont see any option to downgrade, how long do i need to wait to downgrade again?
Its kinda annoying by Dish tv cant control my pack according to my will.

call cc ,request them , give reasons . they can downgrade it before 30 days too.

Can anyone help to register my vc no and creating dishtv account? Badly needed I am outside of india so have no indian mobile no thats way cant do this. Help plz...
