Bro, in Malayalam MM TV network have 3 channels : Mazhavil Manorama SD & HD, Manorama News.

Malayalam Communication LTD have 3 channels : Kairali TV , Kairali WE, Kairali News.

Mathrubhumi Group : Mathrubhumi News, Kappa TV

Raj Network : Raj News Malayalam , Raj Musix Malayalam.

These are the networks which have two or more channels in Malayalam.

That's why background of the channel is red bro m Cineplex HD is a HD version of rishtey Cineplex.

I wanna correct you over here Rishtey Cineplex & Cineplex HD both are different channels from Viacom 18 not HD version. As Rishtey Cineplex is in Tata Sky 199 pack but after paying HDAF you won't get Cineplex HD. But, yes that's true that Viacom took licence in beginning as Rishtey Cineplex HD.
