Is d2h Removed NCF On Additional Channels ?

Just Now I called cc they are saying that their is no Ncf on Additional channels ,they have removed NCF now.is it true?

No additional NCF for 75 channels. So you can select 75 channels of your choice besides d2h provided BST pack.
