Now when you make call to tatasky following changes are made...

1) After selecting language & choosing existing subscriber option
Select 1 to enter 10 digit subscriber ID
OR
Select 2 to enter 10 digit mobile number (MNR)


2) Now select 8 to talk to TataSky associates.

ya but they should apply the option like this :

U can enter C.id or reg.no. in same menu.

In airtel IVR it says :

Plz enter C.id. OR Reg.no.:p
