Seeking Help Lag issue

guys i have a serious issue

last year ,Star Sports Select hd streams were constantly breaking up and lagging. this happened very often. just 2 seconds lag. i had 65cm dish back then.

now im using 90cm dish and a new LNB,
now Star Sports Select hd channels work fine,. Sony Six Hd is lagging. lag goes for like 2 seconds then normal. audio runs fine during lag.
this is so annoying when watching Australian Open live these days
i dont see much lags on SD channels

i did stb resets , nothing fixed the issue.

Signal strength - 100%
Signal quality -70% - 80%

im so confused guys. i dont know what is causing this lag issue ? any idea

bro im confused , wonder why other channels work fine, AXN HD , TEN1 HD, Colors Infinity HD and more...

I think your STB tuner didn't catching the signal properly, not sure...

Now I remember bro that it has once happenend with me also on first day after installation I was having same issue on sony sab(sab tv that time).But it got resolved automatically after i switched off the stb and then opened it after 4 to 5 hr(now iam thinking I was lucky!).But since your problem is still there so can't say.I think their technician should fix it and if your stb is under warranty thry should do it for free
