Language option in Disney Channel in Airtel not working

Hi Bros. Hope all are doing good.

The multi language option in Disney Channel is not working in Airtel.
I am not a frequent viewer of Kids Channel and used to activate only during summer holidays where my niece used to come to our home for holiday.

Last summer I remember having Tamil as a language option for Disney Channel. However, yesterday after activating the channel, we were not able to change the language by clicking the blue button. Am I missing something or Do I need to place a special request to activate the multi language option?

I know it's a silly question, but any help or suggestion would be much appreciated. Thanks.

All audio feeds are working properly on Disney channel including Tamil. Try to change audio feeds on other channels.? I think it may be your rcu issue.
