I added a screen-shot of the full list of HD channels for this pack from selfcare portal. It's showing all Hindi HD channels also.
Hindi Movies and Entertainment SD channels are only the FTA channels included in 99pack.
Sports, English and Hindi channels are only available in HD for this pack.

Officially not possible. Unofficially don't know. There are ways like exact recharge and sms code, asking south customer care (paid line). But even then it may still not work due to regional blocking.
