Thanks Gagan. Yes I can make 6 ft or 8 ft dish with the same technique
Right now I am buying the Aluminium sheet to cover the ribs of the dish.

So now each of these ribs have to be drilled to make holes at appropriate point like at the center and along the rib for fixing reflector sheet.
Mark the other points on the rib before drilling

Screws can be used to fix mesh/sheet on the ribs.

You can also use screw with washer and nuts.
