When i called the customer care they told me to give the service charge to the technician.. Sont know why airtel authorities in customer care behaving like this

just say am ready...after installation give how much u can give(360+extra as per ur wish)bcoz once stb is installed they cant do anything...even u can report on them.but its not good idea to fyt with them...otherwise contact nodal team they can arrange everything.
