My two cents: TRAI says a telecom operator cannot change tariff for 6 months after a user has enrolled for it. If the plan price increases it will apply to the user after he completed 6 months.

Is this not valid also in DTH, given that TRAI is the governing body for DTH too?

:(:(

Dear Customer, monthly rental of your basepack on Airtel DigitalTV 3**********1 has been revised to Rs.299 from 28-Nov-17.

All things are done but in my adtv account not yet changed which means they forgot update the DBR amount in the system :lol::p

My adtv due date is 8th December before 28th Nov. Still stands same ;););)

Bro that is because of price protection. The balance currently available in your account is recharged before price hike. New rates will be applicable from your next recharge.

Not like that in adtv bro on DBR package users

Its Applicable only for Annual monthly pack users bro

For DBR users it was reflected instantly :)

Is it...?! But things are reverse in d2h & TS. I never did long term in d2h or TS. But whenever they hike price it'll reflect only in my first recharge after the price hike.
