@dinee bro... This isn't compatible for analog tuner. Though it catches the signal, the PQ is full of grains and snow, like those good olden 1980s.

@dinee... For me it is not at all clear for analog reception. Maybe it may catch well near the tower vicinity but am not sure about it.

@ramanishankar... No HD channels as of now. All 5 channels in Chennai terrestrial transmission are of Standard Definition at 576i.

That is specific for Jalandhar in Punjab. In cities outside Punjab either their own regional channel is available or DD Kisan. In Delhi we are getting
DD Kisan.

@minogold. 2 years before HD transmission started in chennai. Asian games and commonwealth games they telecast in HD mode in 4 metros that's y I'm asking...
