Seeking Help My Plan 99 not available for HD Box

I am on myplan 99 now I want to add max HD 225 pack but in my airtel self care not any HD topups showing.what should I do to add Max HD?

call customer care and ask them to add max hd 225 pack in your account.

If I remove Paid Regional Topup from my 99 pack and add free regional topup from self-care....Is there any chance of removing the same by airtel team from back end ??
