Breaking Nearly 75 channels added in TACTV but not viewable

First they said
Package 3 (₹225+18%GST) - 410 channels
But now in their latest channels & packages list which was released last week they have not mentioned anything about package 3 itself they have only mentioned about the 2 packages channels list I don't know why
