Need Customer ID For Airtel receiver

Dear Admin,

I have purchased airtel receiver from one of the guy, but he did not provided me Customer Id and any information regarding the airtel receiver,
I appreciate any body plz guide me how can I get Customer ID so that I can recharge the account.........Plz HELP
